Yoga Classes for Individuals

I have been a yoga teacher since 2014. I am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. I am trained in Yoga Nidra, Yoga For Arthritis, and I also teach Phoenix Rising style yoga, which helps the student access their own intuitive movements rather than following a set of predetermined poses.

I offer private, one-on-one yoga classes for those wishing to experience yoga for the first time, as well as for yogis who want to expand their practice or receive one-on-one coaching and guidance. I customize each class to the participant’s abilities and needs. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Emphasis is on breath, meditative awareness, and body-mind connection.
