Insurance

Unfortunately, most insurances do not cover yoga therapists regardless of training.

However, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), it can be used to pay for yoga therapy visits. So can an employer-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).

If you contribute part of your salary toward a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), check with your employer’s FSA administrator to see if yoga therapy qualifies as a medical expense.

I can accept HSA/FSA cards using Square.

Costs

If HSA/FSA are not available, Rooted Bliss operates on a sliding scale. For most clients, that scale is $60-$100 per hour-long session.

I do have some reduced-rate, pay-what-you-can sessions available for those who are in financial need, and are committed to completing a course of therapy. I never want finances to be the reason you can’t get well!

For private yoga classes, I charge $30/hr.
