Unfortunately, most insurances do not cover yoga therapists regardless of training.

However, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), it can be used to pay for yoga therapy visits. So can an employer-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).

If you contribute part of your salary toward a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), check with your employer’s FSA administrator to see if yoga therapy qualifies as a medical expense.

I can accept HSA/FSA cards using Square.

After February 9, 2020, new clients will invest $100 per 75-minute healing session. (Previous clients are grandfathered in at the same rate they have been paying). I offer a student rate of $75.

If you are in financial need, and are committed to completing a course of therapy, you can complete paperwork for a special reduced rate. I never want to turn away people in need of my services, simply because they can’t afford it!

Private yoga class investment: $30/hr.

Assisted stretching investment: $60 for 45 minutes.
